The staff was very professional. Parking is at room which is good for privacy and convenience in harsh weather.
Room was not so modern, but clean though. It had a mini lounge though not properly furnished. Its functional for working on the laptop.
The bathroom was superb.

This hotel is a cool and quite place, good for seminars and workshops. The place can cater for several groups at the same time. A place to be when you are serious about group discussions. The Hotel is close to the city center and has space to park your vehicle next to your room, giving you privacy. Keep it up Regency Hotel
The hotel is located a few kilometres from the central business district. of course there is fresh air but maybe there is need to improve a bit on parking lot. Its almost a bare ground without any form of cover or shade
Situated in the outskirts of Gweru it means you have to have a car to get into town . Hiking a lift a bit trick because of the presence of traffic cops on the road to town infront of the hotel. Management could do itsself a great favour by making sure these guys leave this place . The room s are clean and very comfortable. Staff very friendly and always helpful. The WIFI is also good. Room service excellent. Each room has its own parking space so this is great. The bar and dining fantastic. The food is great. No noise around the hotel . On the downside the price is a bit expensive.
The accommodation is nice. Different types of rooms to fit your pocket. The garden and pool well maintained. Its in the highway along the Bulawayo to Harare road. There food is good though there is need for more varieties.
We stayed at the Regency Hotel Fairmile for only one night on this occasion of a Fundraising Dinner Dance. the function room was adequate and the meal was excellent and well served. The dancing floor was excellent too. The room was fine with all the essential facilities including a kettle, LED television, hot shower, heater and WiFi. The night was very peaceful and comfortable. The breakfast cuisine had excellent variety of fresh fruits and the standard breakfast meal was tasty with generous portions. The Regency Hotel Fairmile is the most secure and standard hotel in Gweru. You realy feel a sense of security at this place. However booking on line was not so easy. I recommend it to any visitor to Gweru and to those who would like to to hold a function.
