Visited the cider mill for picnic lunch. Chose the meat option from the menu. Food was fantastic and exceptional value. Will definitely be having this again.
Have had Sunday lunch here a few times. The best Sunday lunch by far.
Staff are friendly and helpful. One of my favourite places to eat.

Passed this pub many times but last night we actually went there for a meal.

I must say from the moment you walk through the door, you think you are in a nice neat country pub. We were then taken to our table which us in what used to be the actual mill. The layout, decor and ambience was real good, comfortable and relaxing.

The menu and food was the same. Very reasonably priced. Good hearty portions and cooked very well.

Staff extremely friendly, will certainly be paying another visit.

Quaint pitstop with super friendly and helpful staff. They were busy but managed well under pressure. Food was hearty, generous and delicious. Roast beef tasted fantastic - perhaps a little overcooked if you like your meat rare, so if you do, ask when you order.

Hands down one of the best Sunday roasts we’ve ever had. Everything was cooked beautifully. Portion sizes are huge. Highly recommend, we will definitely be returning.
Also as a Northerner I can confirm the gravy was epic!

Looks enchanting and enticing from the outside and the inside was equally interesting but the menu was from the 60s or 70s. Chips with everything!
