Food was fine. However, Double Dragon beer not well kept, tasted bad. Local bottled beer was out of stock. If you said "Thank you" to the waitress, the reply was always "No problem". Rather annoying, how could it possibly be "a problem"?

Hi Mattharveych,

thank you for taking your time reviewing us, criticism always gives place to improvement.

Our lines are cleaned on a weekly basis, and we make sure they are always clean on a schedule, when a problem comes along we always make our very best to rectify the situation, although unfortunately, we would like to apologise because you might have got a pint that stayed resting for too long in our piping system.

So sorry to hear about your perception of our staff replies. We have addressed this particular situation with all of our members of staff in order to avoid any misunderstandings in future encounters.

regards

Been regularly visited this place in the last months for business and always been greeted by polite and friendly staff.
Food always consistent and high quality through all my visits.
I couldn’t recommend a dish in particular as they all have they’re own characteristics and are all delicious from breakfast, soups, sandwiches and steaks which to die for.

Not to mention they have 5 from Environmental Health Officers, which is backed up by the freshness and quality of the food.

Thank you Manor Team for another amazing experience whilst in the area.

I will see you all soon

Spent a wonderful evening at the Manor yet again, the atmosphere is relaxed and food as always superb!, my husband and I chose The Manor for our wedding reception and I've been a fan ever since!, the food is always amazing, well presented, fresh and so tasty, to many dishes to list so I'll just say I love it all. The staff are friendly and have never failed to give a warm welcome, especially Pedro. this place has it all with stunning views looking towards the Brecon Beacons, whatever the season or occasion this place won't disappoint.

Just came back from a short break in Crickhowell and I can say that that part of Wales is absolutely gorgeous.
We’ve stayed at The Manor in Room 14 which has gorgeous views over the mountains and is nice and intim.

The Breakfast is got a nice selection of continental meats, plenty cereals and lovely menu.
Highly recommend cockles as they are delicious.

Dinner is out of this world with local products & lots of options for everyone. Had lamb in first night which melting in your mouth and second night had burger which was very tasty, juicy and plentiful.

Highly recommended restaurant.

Thank you so kindly for your lovely comments of your recent stay at the hotel.

Our Lamb dish is our signature dish that we are very proud of and will continue to stay on our menu for many years to come.
Our steak burger is homemade and freshly cooked to keep the flavour at its best.

We hope to see you return again in the near future
