Wandering around the small community of Crickhowell I happened upon this delightful place. A warm welcome from the delightful young lady at the bar followed by efficient and friendly service. A lovely place to relax and enjoy an evening. A real gem of a place. Highly recommended

Stopped in for a quick drink after walking the dog. Really great staff, had a sandwich which was freshly made, great coleslaw. Good Wye Vally beers!

I have never felt so unwelcome when entering a pub for some food. We were stared at as we entered as if the devil himself had just entered, the room reeked of grease and was untidy and very offputting. If the management are trying to repel new customers, they are succeeding. Will not entertain this establishment again.

The sign outside, said the best Sunday lunch,it certainly was not.Tables were sticky, cutlery was dirty,in fact the whole place needed a good clean.Lunch arrived veg over cooked, only 1 roast potato, very very disappointing. Will certainly not be returning.
