Lovely setting around this hotel, but our room had a strong smell like a barn along with black mold growing on the walls in the bathroom. The front desk gentleman was very nice and helpful but his was the only smile we saw from the staff there, which is disquieting. Lovely, peaceful setting was very appreciated. Others in our group were happy with their rooms, ours we couldn’t wait to leave!

Not much around the hotels location except breathtaking views and lovely walks!! The hotel itself is quite comfortable. Rooms are a bit old and bathroom probably needs updating but it is not in the middle of a major city afterall. We were on a tour group and stayed here for three nights and included dinners and breakfast were quite good. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Overall a good place to stay to experience the Scottish Highlands.

We stayed at the Isles of Glencoe Hotel for 1 night on our CIE tour. The hotel is three star hotel. The views and grounds are gorgeous and inviting situated on a lake.
Rooms were clean. Our room had a door that opened out to a small patio with a view of the mountains....and car park and playground. ;) Still, we enjoyed our patio having pulled chairs outside and chatting with our neighbors. I would stay here again.

Decent enough hotel but it is not centrally located so we were left to wander the immediate hotel area only ... as we were part of a coach tour that stopped here. The rooms could use some refreshing but bed and linens were decent. Breakfast was okay but ran out of fresh fruit and took a bit to replenish them. Used the pool area and it was clean and nice temperature. Unfortunately, the fire alarm went off twice during our stay. 2nd time we evacuated the rooms but never informed what was the cause (and didn't see fire dept. if they arrived). Likely the best quality hotel in the area but not sure its really worth the price.

Hi BD_in_TO63,

Thanks for taking the time to give feedback on your recent stay.

We value all feedback, it gives us the chance to improve on what we do, and we will certainly review the points that you have raised,

Our rooms are all being visited as part of a rolling refurbishment programme, and we will continue to work across the property until completed.

I am sorry that you found some aspects of service at breakfast slow and I do apologise for the disruption from the fire alarm. I hope that these issues did not affect the enjoyment of your stay too much.

I hope that we can welcome you back in the future, and in the meantime, thank you for your feedback.

Stayed at the Isles of Glencoe Hotel for 1 night on our tour. The hotel is just an average three star hotel. Food is basic and the wine menu is limited. The view and surrounding are gorgeous.
Staff were friendly. Rooms were clean. I would definitely recommend it if you in the area.
