Microwave, toaster and new dinner set and kitchen ware. Bedroom 1 Two windows with fantastic harbour and sea views, double bed with bedside cabinets, and fitted bedroom furniture offering extensive drawer and wardrobe space. Luxury en-suite bathroom (with over bath shower) basin and toilet. Shaver point. Bedroom 2 Large window with town view, two single beds with bedside cabinets, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Luxury en-suite shower room with large shower cubicle, basin and toilet. Shaver point. Parking Covered parking space for one car in private courtyard to rear. Notes: The apartment will be ready from 3 pm on the day of your arrival, and we would be grateful if you could 'check out' by 10 am on the day of departure. We will always advise if it is possible to alter these times.

Another great stay at no.2
Yet another stay in this lovely and comfortable flat, it really is an ideal base for North Norfolk. The flat is clean, warm, well appointed with a fantastic view. Great location in the lovely village of Wells next the Sea. Fully recommended - we will be staying there again!

Fantastic views and apartment

Perfect holiday accommodation and location for the most relaxing break!
The accommodation was spotlessly clean and welcoming. The views from the balcony of the harbour and ever changing landscape was a bonus and very relaxing to watch. Nearby pubs and eating places meant no driving for evening entertainment. We will definitely be returning!

Fab apartment and holiday
We had a lovely relaxing week. This is our second booking and we have already booked again for next year. The apartment is a very good size and has everything you need to be comfortable. The view of the sea and harbour is fantastic and is literally over the road. Lots to do and see around Wells and further away. Penny, the owner, is very friendly and approachable.

Wonderful apartment and great location
The apartment is fantastic, fully equipped with all the amenities you need, extremely clean and an allocated parking bay. We never tired of the amazing, ever changing, views from the balcony and windows of the harbour. The location is perfect, shops and restaurants all within walking distance. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

February break
This was the third time we have stayed at 2 Quayside Court which shows how much we like it. The apartment is always clean, warm and and welcoming. It is well equipped with plenty of crockery and cutlery and a dishwasher to make self catering as easy as possible. The view from the main window changes constantly with the tide, but is always lovely. There is off street, undercover parking which is helpful as Wells is full of busy, narrow streets. We hope to return.

a faultless stay in Wells
we booked this at fairly short notice for two couples as it has two bedrooms both with ensuites plus an allocated parking spot. The booking was straightforward and the owner Penny was very helpful with her emailed instructions for access to the property. The flat itself is immaculate and very well equipped, just like being at home. There was a welcoming bottle of wine. The views from the lounge are stunning and it was fascinating to just sit with a coffee and watch the times ebb and flow from the balcony.There are various pubs, chippies and cafes all within walking distance and we would recommend The Maltings just round the corner from the flat for arts and entertainment. We were lucky to secure a table at the monthly open mic night. All in all, a fabulous place to stay.

great view
Had a fantastic time in this lovely apartment.Everthing you could need for self catering holiday.It has a lovely balcony which must be lovely in the summer to sit and watch the world go by.Its also good for some one who has to use a mobility scooter has there is room to leave it in the foyer, then there is a lift to your apartment so know need to use stairs.

Great apartment and location
Perfect for a few days away. A nice apartment with great views; well-positioned for walking or exploring further afield; plenty of good places to eat in Wells. Parking and lift great as one of our party has reduced mobility

About the neighbourhood
At the top of Staithe Street lies the Buttlands, a quiet green lined with lime trees and elegant Georgian and Victorian houses. The name originates from the days it was used for archery practice. It is now home to The Crown Hotel, a former coaching inn from the 16th century, and the recently renovated Globe Inn. A miniature steam train runs from the end of the quay the mile or so to the beautiful sandy beach, which stretches for miles towards Holkham and was featured in the film 'Shakespeare in Love'. The wide sandy beach is ideal for collecting a wide variety of shells and marvelling at the bird life. Oyster catchers, ringed plovers, common and littler terns are all regular visitors. With its pinewoods, salt marshes and sand dunes, Wells attracts a rich variety of bird and animal life throughout the year. Wild flowers, rare birds and squirrels can often be seen. Tucked behind the dunes is Abraham's Bosom, an outdoor leisure area by the side of a natural 5-acre boating lake, where canoes and rowing boats can be hired. The lifeboat house on the beach is often open to visitors and houses a fascinating collection of items illustrating the history of the Wells lifeboat. Wells is the perfect base from which to explore the many delights in the area. Holkham Hall, one of Britain's most majestic stately homes, is a 5 minute drive along the coast road or a lengthier walk along the coastal path. Royal Sandringham is just over 20 miles away. Drive to Blakeney, only15 minutes away, and take a boat trip to Blakeney Point, famous for the colony of common and grey seals you can see basking on the sandbanks. Cley Marshes Nature Reserve, one of the finest bird-watching sites in Britain, is just 10 miles away. Little Walsingham, a place of pilgrimage since medieval times, is only 5 miles away, linked to Wells by a miniature railway similar to that which links the town and beach.

Once at the apartment, a car is not necessary as all amenities, including a supermarket, are within easy walking distance. There is also a good bus service. Note Regarding Prices: The minimum stay at this property is usually 3 nights, or 7 nights during peak periods. Stays of only 2 nights will be considered but, regretfully, will attract an additional charge of £50.00. It may sometimes be possible to arrange stays of less than a week during school holidays - please contact me for a quote.
