Located directly behind the quiet promenade of Costa Adeje. Extensive, landscaped grounds, overlooking the sea, with 3
pools, snack bar and pool bar. Plenty of space for relaxing and sunbathing.
Our bedroom was on the groumd floor, and was large, airy and very comfortable.
Absolutely wonderful buffet breakfasts and dinners, and attentive restaurant staff.
Willing and friendly reception staff, who were always happy to help. Even though we did not arrive until 10.30 pm, we were still served a tasty meal of cheese and Spanish meats. Housekeeping was faultless. Evening entertainment was generally enjoyable.
Easy to access and free car parking.
All in all, an excellent 5star hotel.

Room tip: Lots of rooms have sea view. Level 5 is below dining and public rooms on level 6. Level 7 might be worth looking at.

Lovely stay at the Rui palace, expensive hotel as you would expect with the Riu chain, but the quality is second to none, modern clean bedrooms, and very spacious, good variety of food, staff friendly

This was our seventh annual visit to this hotel and we cannot fault it. The position is superb, accommodation excellent and the new beach outside is an enhancement. The spacious dining room with the option of outside dining offers excellent an buffet . We always enjoy having a meal at the two a la carte restaurants as it is nice to have a meal served to you as a change. My husband who celebrated his 90 th birthday recently loves it here and we hope to return next February!

I have spent so many wonderful holidays at this beautiful hotel, to relax and rest after a busy time at home! No disappointment at all, very clean, friendly staff and wonderful choice of food! Laying on a sun bed over looking the beach couldn’t be more peaceful, we had a suite, smaller than a ground floor room but included a bath! All other rooms only have showers! A lovely balcony st the top of hotel, so beautiful sea views!

This hotel is superb. I like the fact that is upsidedown, all the bars, restuarants are on the 6th floor with the rooms underneath with the 1st floor rooms having the gardens outside. We opted to dine outside with a fantastic view over the bay and some evenings the sunset was beautiful behind the Island of Gomera. The choice of food at the buffet was mind blowing and all good. There are two restuarants that you have to book, both with waiter service all at no extra cost to your half board. We ate at the one by the pool and it was excellent. The staff all friendly and efficient. Our room large and comfortable (103) In the evenings we walked 200metres along the prom to a small bar by the beach. To conclude if you are looking for a great stay in Tenerife this is the hotel you should stay at.

Room tip: If on the ground floor try and get rooms in the middle (more view down the grounds, the south wing has a wall opposite)
