Stayed here may/june 2018 and thought as there were 3 of us we may get a family room. Not so and we were stuffed into a twin room with 3 single beds very cramped. The hotel is located close to the beach but a 40 minute walk from the resort centre and so felt a bit isolated in the evenings unless you want to start with taxi rides everywhere. Food was average but you are not going to starve. Usual buffet fare but why do they insist on ruining the salad bar by adding tuna and bits of fish to the salads? There is no need! No good for vegetarians as no dishes aimed solely at vegetarians unless you want to count tomatoes and cucumbers as the veggie options. Although we were full board we ate out half of the time to get a choice of veggie food.
Staff were friendly and hard working and the room was cleaned daily. Pool area was good and no problems getting a sun bed. Didn't use the bars as the entertainment was all in Spanish. In summation I would say this hotel is not aimed at the English clientele and if you are English I would look closely at the other hotels closer to the resort centre and if you are vegetarian, you have been advised.More
