The bar and public areas were nice as were the guest rooms, however the meals in the Buffet restaurant, especially for dinner were poor. I wouldn't recommend Half Board. Unless paying extra for a sea view, the views from the balcony is disappointing. Shame there was only 1 of 50 TV channels in English.

Only thing I could "complain" about is, that the pool is not heated, the beds are poor condition and bad to sleep in, the WIFI signal in the room was poor and some machines in the gym were broken.
Else overall a good place to stay.

The rooms are very good size wise, with an extremely comfortable bed, also an excellent shower. The beds were made every day with clean towels what more could you ask for. The hotel is lovely with comfortable sofas everywhere, staff were helpful and attentive. Breakfast was always busy but plenty of choice and plenty of it! you could of had any choice of breakfast, even Cava every morning which was all pretty unlimited, The hotel provided beach towels which you changed every 3 days which was fine for us. The only thing i was not all that keen on was the pool area. Although there was plenty of sun beds i found them uncomfortable with the pool being a bit cold, I would of liked all the pool side to have had a different surface like the outside seating area! All in all it was an excellent stay in a great location,

I really enjoyed this Hotel it was an immaculately clean one which I look for in todays world, we were in room 417 with a side sea view and it was very comfortable for us with the maid doing her job to a high standard, we were on a half board basis and breakfast was great ample choice as was evening meal,I found all staff to be pleasant and helpful. My birthday happened to be when I was there so I was pleasantly surprised to receive a slice of cake and a bottle of cava in my room which I thought was nice of hotel. The pool area had plenty of beds available at any time of day. All in All a first class hotel.
