Stayed here for 3 days and it was such a wonderful break! I came to Clone house to rest and relax. That I certainly did!! The house is so charming, but even more so are the hosts. Svetlana was so warm and welcoming and made me feel right at home. She's the kindest lady you can ever meet! And she cooks an amazing Irish breakfast!!
Nearly every room has a fire place, which for me is the ultimate luxury. Extra heaters are also available. The room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. (The bed linen smelt so nice). Lovely picturesque garden and a very sweet dog, max, added to my wonderful experience.

This was a last minute booking so we got the last room which unfortunately didn't have an ensuite. This was not a problem though as the place was gorgeous! The owner was lovely and extremely helpful. The bedroom was huge and the beds were very comfortable. The gardens were stunning and the area was very peaceful. Breakfast the next morning was gorgeous and again the staff were lovely and really helpful. My only regret was this was just an overnight stay. Next time I would make sure to book for longer as I really want to have time to take in and appreciate the beauty of this place. A real hidden gem.

Svetlana was amazing, always helpful she made our stay so comfortable and pleasant. Our kids loved it especially playing with friendly Max. Everything was so clean and well maintained. Add lovely breakfast too. Will definitely come back.
Whilst travelling around Ireland we were travelling back towards Dublin and fortunately found this lovely place to stay on our last night.
We were made to feel very welcome and our room was so lovely .
We were given a recommendation of a place for dinner in Aughrim and when we got back sat for a while in the very comfortable lounge in front of a roaring log fire, chatting to other guests.
The breakfast was really good ...plenty of juice , fresh fruit etc and followed up with a great full Irish , perfectly cooked.

The beautiful old house has been recently renovated for comfortable and peaceful visits. The grounds are big enough for a stroll or sitting out in the sunshine. Friendly hosts, log fires, big baths, clean and comfortable rooms and stunning countryside - what more could you ask?
