My friends were having a quiet drink when they were joined at their table by somebody who began to verbally abuse them. When my friend approached the bar manager in regards to this incident he threw the guy out but then returned to start having a go at my friends saying that he didn't give a tons weather they were residents or not it was not his problem to deal with unruly and abusive customers. I'm sorry but is this not the job of a person who is currently in charge of that bar at that time and no one in this day and age should be subject to abuse either from other customers and especially not from the bar staff.
With this kind of attitude from staff members why would anybody want to give them their hard.

Made to feel very welcome on arrival. Changed our booked rooms with no fuss (we’d booked twins instead of doubles in error) Lovely two night stay. Very pleasant rooms. Nice food.
Really enjoyed our stay

We spent one night in this lovely hotel on the June bank holiday weekend. Right in the centre of town. All staff were very friendly particularly the receptionist's. Room was lovely very comfortable bed and great shower. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We had the carvery absolutely lovely. Great atmosphere in the bar and a good band for entertainment. We enjoyed it so much we have booked a return visit.

Lovely and friendly Hotel in the middle of Mullingar Town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious and very reasonably priced. Would recommend this Hotel. The only downfall that I saw was that the carpets need to be updated.
