This is a good hotel and great value for money as breakfast was included in the price so do not get put off by the curd appeal
The hotel is pleasently old fashioned and shows signs of its past which are beautifully positioned inbthe bar and rooms a bit of class not something put in to satisfy a corporate view.
It is closevtobtge railway but I only heared 2 trains one early evening and one about 7.30 in the morning and I was awake and getting ready to face the world.
Food simple and not messed about with great pub food presented well and tasty only draw back only sandwiches after 07.00pm so get in early. Breakfast just right but there are extras if required which are a bit expensive which you should not need if you have an evening meal plus the breakfast this will set you up for the day
Great value and just up the high street if you want to partake of the local cafes and bars
On my list to return if It is conveniently placed for my next set of calls to clients in IrelandMore
