Didn’t enjoy the food but friendly staff.
Didn’t enjoy the chilli nachos so spicy hot it just numbed my mouth.

Service was shocking from Junior staff food no where near what I'd heard about it.
I had garlic mushrooms that were just short of been burnt. The chicken fajitas were a plate covered with lettuce and cheese. You had to look for the chicken in the sauce. No atmosphere

Had a few pints while watching the football match and then had some food. Asked for mozzarella sticks but didn't have any so they offered goat cheese peppers balls instead.
Great service, great atmosphere.

We visited today 20th August. Food was very nice, big portions, tasty comfort food. Will be back for movie meal deal in the future, looks great value!

We had a reservation for 7:30pm on Friday and arrived c. five minutes early. After a very short wait, a nice young woman met us, confirmed the reservation and then brought us to a table right next to the door and her desk! We declined; it wasn't much better than a table on the side of a busy corridor. From that point, it was all about what she COULDN'T do - "no tables left" was the response. Clearly, she wanted us to take the table offered and we weren't doing that. So then she said, "we have one one upstairs!" Great, I said, and followed her up. We were ushered to a table set into an alcove. Right beside a small table with cutlery, trays, you name it. Not quite next to the kitchen but in the same category! Anyway, we sat down and decided to get on with it ... and then she said it would be, "about ten minutes" BEFORE they could take the food order! Really! And walked off! Of course, happy to fill drink orders but food - no! We declined the drink order until we could give our food order - and they made us wait 14 minutes and then the waitress turned up. We left at that point. Looking around, most tables seemed to have their food so what nonsense has the kitchen declining to even TAKE a food order! This was a Friday evening - was this a surprise? During our wait, no-one came over and put, say, bread on the table, or nuts, etc. Just ignored. Mind you, our little table beside us was busy banging trays the whole time as trays were dropped! If I had no booking, then I could not have a complaint about the table but having a reservation, and declining the one placed in the 'corridor' at the entrance, I think we were being taught a lesson. No concept of service, of looking after the customer. Offhand, dismissive. Leaving was the right decision. Food might be good - it certainly seemed so - but if you're thinking about it and have an alternative, walk on by.
