Really impressed with spa here and in particular Jessica who honestly gives the best massage and facial I’ve ever had and certainly best value. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing break. Check out their offers on the website - brilliant deals!
My husband and I stayed at the Shearwater Hotel and we enjoyed our stay there! The staff was so friendly, our room was large enough, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff also helped us reserve a taxi for the next day which was very nice of them. Thank you Shearwater Hotel!
Went for a friend's 50th and the minute we arrived the staff were excellent. They couldn't do enough to make us welcome. The spa was fabulous and the manager Christina was so good. Had a meal booked for evening time and I must say the food was delicious, the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were so comfy. We all had a great time and definitely will be back.
I was there for my birthday with family and friends and I am pleased to say that the staff were excellent towards us and specially the staff in the spa the manger couldn't do more for us she went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable with everything the food was fabulous and the bar staff were very impressed and bent over backwards to us
Amazing rooms staff and spa treatments, have just had the best massage from Jess in the spa. I suffer with my back and she sorted out all the pain and aches i came in with. The whole experience was amazing right from checking in, dinner and drinks. The staff on reception are so friendly Ava really stood out on reception. The rooms are super comfortable and spacious, a full size bath. It’s been a perfect stay. I cant wait to come back again.
