The hotel was close to the airport. It was easy to find with the GPS. Room was very clean and spacious as was bathroom. It was in a very safe area and restaurants were within an easy walk. We recommend a stay at the Premier Inn.

Stayed 1 night, arrived after 8pm & checked out early next morning for international flight. Morning shuttle bus (2Euro) was very convenient & left every 1/2hr to the airport (T1 & T2)

Room was great (room #423) Spacious, clean & in particular a wonderful, large shower w/heated towel rack. Check in-/out was easy & the basic free WiFi worked great in both the common areas & in room. As leaving early, did not eat breakfast so can not comment.

Will definitely stay again.

My wife and I have stayed in this hotel when going on holiday and coming back many times over last 7 years but never again .two reasons one asked for wake up call to catch a early morning flight to our holiday never happened only for setting my phone would have missed it .when asked staff why we didn't get one that didn't want to know. Reason 2 on coming back from our holiday on 12/10/2017 checked in was not told about problem with restaurant ordered breakfast and in full next came down to find paper plates bowls ,plastic spoons .knife's and take away cups one or two yogurts .badly made fruit salad and toast no croissant's joke.not funny. Spoke to manager who couldn't care less never again will we stay here again and please stay away.

Room Tip: Try another hotel by airport

Hello Gordon,

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay at Dublin Airport.

I'm terribly sorry to hear of the issues you experienced throughout your visit. I can understand that it would be disappointing to find that staff did not accommodate your wake up call as well as receiving inadequate serving dishes and cutlery at breakfast.

This isn't what we would expect for guests to encounter and I do apologise that on this occasion we fell below our usual standards.

I have raised your comments with the Hotel Management Team so that this can be addressed with relevant staff and restaurant teams to ensure this is not repeated in future.

Your feedback is much appreciated.

Kind Regards,

Sharelle
