We came here in January while we were visiting family in Ireland. It was very quiet, with only a few other kids there, so my kids (aged 6 and 4) had an absolute ball being able to go wherever they wanted. There was plenty of stuff to keep them busy from ball pits to slides to climbing areas to their favourite - the shooting things! It also looked spotlessly clean, unlike many of these kids of kids play areas, so that was a huge plus.

The only down side was the waiting area for the adults. We were absolutely frozen and had to leave our coats on the whole time. The seats were also hard plastic - not comfortable when you're sitting for an hour or two while the kids play. It was nice to have a little café - the coffee was decent and there was a selection of snacks (though it would have been nice to have some healthier options - all the chocolate, crisps etc on display is not great for the kids...).

Overall a great experience for the kids, but a bit less so for the adults.

We come here all the time with out 1 year old and he just loves it! Every Friday. The staff are super friendly and very helpfull and always keeping an eye on the kids. They offer a loyalty card too for a free pass to the play area when its full. Theres a cafe where you can get tea coffie cakes and icecream etc etc. Plenty of table to sit at all in view of the kids play area. Parents are also allowed into the play area with their kids if needed. Theres is also a seperate area for toddlers only. I would highly recommend this kidszone to any parent.

Staff are so friendly and helpful here. Definitely the best soft play around cork. Load for toddlers and older kids. Spotlessly clean too. Great coffee and cake also helps!

We brought a 6 year old girl to play. We enjoyed our coffees but would have preferred comfy chairs as are sitting for 2 hours. The coffee was nice and lovely baking available. Everywhere was clean and the staff were helpful. We did notice a sharp corner at the coffee sales hatch and smallies running around we thought could be a hazard. Parking could be an issue we got the last space.

Came on weekday on a miserable day in December .
There is not much comfort in there , the chairs are hard and squashed in together . The lighting is poor in the kids play area and the whole place is freezing. My son would usually be sweating running around but his poor hands and nose were freezing .
Food is ok but I thought 2.20 is a lot for cup of tea.
I wouldn’t be in a rush to return .

Dear Evie G,
we regret that you found your visit to kidzone this week disappointing…
Despite additional heating installed a few weeks ago, the particularly cold weather recently has highlighted the need for a further upgrade. We are pleased to say that we have additional heating system elements being installed this coming Monday which we are advised will more than meet the current shortcomings. We hope that you will pay us a return visit and find your experience more comfortable...
