We ate at Thai Spices on Memorial day weekend. There weren’t many options they didn’t have a substantial wait for a family of six, so we were happy that they could accommodate us fairly quickly. We tried lots of different dishes, and they were all decent, but nothing special. I thought the red curry was the best, but we also tried Tom Yum soup, and drunken noodles, which were average. The kids liked the Pad Thai, which was nice. The service was very attentive and the food came quickly, which was pretty important as we were all starving by the time we finally found a place without a 1 hour wait.

I don’t recommend coming here if you’re looking for terrific Thai food, but then again, if that’s what you’re looking for, Sedona probably isn’t your Mecca.

We arrived as the restaurant was opening for their supper shift. The restaurant filled up quickly. The wait staff was friendly and helpful in assisting our choices for our meals. Everything was wonderful. The soup, appetizers and main course was flavorful, fresh and delightful. I wish we hadn't waited till our last evening in Sedona to visit this restaurant as I would love to try so many other dishes on their menu. Upon our visit next year we will definitely go to this place again.

...the rather cold service left us with a poor impression. We pulled in at the published opening time, along with another couple. Several minutes later, it appeared that they weren't going to open and we started talking about finding some place else, but then we heard the lock being operated on the inside. The host then pushed the door open a crack, and let it close instead of welcoming his guests? Having been in a service position myself for many years, this concerned me, but we went in anyway. We were brought luke-warm water (ice was not offered).
The food itself was quite good, though it arrived so fast we feared it was made ahead of time, and the heat level had definitely been Americanized; this is not a Thai level of spice. Our server was attentive and competent, and the price was quite good for Sedona.

Thai food is delliciously prepared here. Portions are large and freshly prepared. I had the Thai Salad with fried tofu....so good. Pad Thai was great too. Service was a little slow but the food was memorable!
