This cottage is in the heart of Old Prescott. You could walk to the old down town and enjoy looking at all the beautiful old homes built in late 1800 Into the early 1900!! The cottage blended into the neighborhood and was clean and comfortable.
Looking forward to going there again.

Love this place! Great front porch, quiet street and a terrific location!! So close to downtown and the park! Great tree lined street.
my husband and I stayed here for 2 lovely nights in January 2015. Karen was easy to coordinate with in advance and was accomadating to us. She was responsive which is greatly appreciated.
The house itself is small but nicely laid out and perfect for 2 people. There is 1 bathrooom that connects the bedroom and living room. It is a nice size with an awesome bear claw tub. The kitchen has all the cooking utensils and basics such as pots and pans but not much more than Salt/pepper. If you plan to cook, bring the items needed. The living room is equipped with an electric fireplace and cable television.
The house is two blocks from the activity of Whiskey Row and maybe 15 minutes from Prescott Valley and Watson Lake.
It truly was an enjoyable stay. We felt relaxed and welcomed into this historic house in the heart of Prescott. We would recommend it to highly.
