“Always good food, but why the rush with the entree?”

We ate at this restaurant, as well as a few other OG's, over the last few weeks whilst touring and the food was consistently good, esp the gnocchi soup. However, they have all developed a policy of placing the entree out while you are still eating the appetizers. What is this all about? Limitless soup, etc, stops the moment the entree arrives. Sharp practice in an otherwise worthy restaurant franchise.

Told we would have about 15 minute wait but was less. Started with the fried lasagna appetizer which was really good then breadsticks and salad. Those darn breadsticks are addicting! Two of us also ordered meals and ended up taking most back to our hotel and reheated for dinner. Their food is always consistent and you definitely get plenty to eat. Server was friendly but would have liked her to offer to refill our beverages more often

We were given a gift certificate for Christmas so today was the day we decided to use it.

We were seated promptly and we ordered our drinks which were delivered right away and the waitress said she would be right back. We waited. And waited. And waited. She finally came to take our order and could not answer any of my questions about the menu. She had no idea what was on the menu. We ordered and then we waited. And waited. And waited. 20 minutes later, we still don't even have salad. Just as we were going to get up and leave the salad came so we stayed. That was a mistake.

We were there for an hour and a half for lunch because the service was so slow. The food was okay. The Carbonara was excellent but the "tour of Italy" was cold. Waited to long to ask them to fix it so we took it home and heated it for dinner. It had obviously been sitting in the window for a long time.

There are to many good Italian places in this town to ever go back there again.

We decided to eat dinner with friends at Olive Garden. Their son is a manager of an Olive Garden restaurant in Tennessee. Our waitress made note of it and told the manager. When she brought our bill, she said the manager had given us a nice discount because their son was "family." The meal was most enjoyable and the end was a very pleasant surprise!

My wife and I enjoyed dinner at Olive Garden in Prescott in early February. We chose to sit in the bar area as the people were waiting for tables in the dining areas. Our server was Sean and he did a wonderful job of taking care of us. We tried the spicy shrimp fritta appetizer and enjoyed it very much. The soups - minestrone and Toscana were very good. My wife enjoyed the
Cucina Mia with linguine and parmesan pesto with shrimp added. I had the herb grilled salmon which was excellent. We supplemented the evening with a bottle of Coppola Cabernet. Excellent evening.
