My family and I recently stayed at the Maricopa Manor. We were completely blown away at the amenities that were available. The room we stayed in was absolutely perfect. It felt like a second home, not like a traditional hotel. The space was well inviting and were furnished perfectly. We had our own parking port right outside the door of our room and Joan accommodated space for our trailer as well. The breakfasts were a special treat when we woke up. We were not rushed to an area to eat, instead the meal was waiting for us when we were ready. The grounds of Maricopa Manor were amazing. There was plenty of quiet sitting room outside and the fountains added a special touch. The pool was equally amazing. The location of Maricopa Manor was great as well. Within walking distance there was plenty of eateries and things to see, as well as the Light Rail which services Phoenix. We will definitely be back for more stays and recommend anyone to stay at Maricopa Manor.

Bottled water, choice of coffee, tea or hot chocolate, with a myriad of snacks all meant we didn't even miss the customary wine and cheese served in the evening at many bed and breakfasts. Refrigerator, microwave, fireplace, hot tub and pool on nicely manicured grounds, attractive furnishings, private parking, this place has it all. The breakfast served to the room in a basket in the morning is a nice twist. You might have to pay extra to get that somewhere else. This place is a real treat and a great B&B experience.

The large suite we stayed in consisted of a lovely sitting room, a large bedroom with patio doors leading to a deck, and a large bathroom. Everything was lovely, clean and relaxing. We would have liked to stay a week rather than only one night. In the morning it was fun getting a basket filled with our breakfast - coffee, tea, an egg dish, fruit salad, and muffins. The grounds are beautiful with a pool, gardens, patios, decks, and a hot tub. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit Phoenix. We felt comfortable in the centrally located neighborhood and had a car to get around without any issues.

This is a very nice B&B. The staff is not intrusive but are available if you have questions which is great for privacy. The rooms have a mini fridge which is great to keep a cold water bottle handy after a day in the Arizona sun.
The breakfast is amazing. It is delicious and the perfect way to start the day. You can eat inside or outside in the patio.
The bed was comfortable and the bathroom has great lighting. The shower is a little on the small side but that wouldn't influence a future stay at this great property.
Parking is available at no additional cost and there are places to get coffee and eat within walking distance if you don't have a car.

We had our wedding here last weekend and had friends and family from out of town stayed in the casitas. Everyone enjoyed their stay and the whole weekend was a beautiful experience. Becky helped us with the wedding which allowed us to focus on our experience while she handled the details and helped everything move smoothly. The grounds are gorgeous and the owners are very helpful, nice and exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend!
