Snagged a great rate during spring training week. Loved being in Midtown. Close to the Osborn Central Light Rail Station. 24 Hour Walgreens has everything you need. Rooms are small apartments. You can walk to the grocery stores, bars, and restaurants on 7th Avenue just 5 blocks west including a great Mexican place at 7th Avenue and Osborn. The neighborhood is more fun than boring downtown -- and cheaper too. The rooms could be better. My stovetop did not work which they replaced at my request. Staff is great here. Still, you get housekeeping just once a week. Amenities are lacking. But for the price it is great.

I stayed for a month and a half , I’m a quiet client so I felt it was a little noisy , I could hear the people walking in the ceiling , but other than that it’s confortable , with a kitchen , microwave an refrigerator , everything ok !

We drove in from Vegas with the trucks and trailers on a Wednesday. Waiting for airBnB reservation that Friday in scottsdale, my finance and I decide to stay here a couple nights for barret jackson weekend. It's average nice three star type hotel. There's a Ramada across the street with a small bar so we got food and watch games. Nothing happen but there's a few sketchy characters around. I would recommend this place but beware of weirdos in some of the rooms.
