Great atmosphere. Caitlyn was a terrific server. Love the happy hour. Two dollars off margaritas and wine. Nachos and the deviled eggs are awesome! I do wish they opened a little earlier as they do not open until 4 o’clock

Just had appetizers of crispy brussels sprouts and deviled eggs on the Happy Hour menu which were very good. Drinks were fine. Will return.

My most recent visit to Salty Sow was for a family brunch. They had quite a variety of choices including chile pork with fried egg on top, roast turkey freshly sliced off the bird, scrambled eggs with peppers onions and chiles, smoked salmon, greek yogurt with fresh blueberries, strawberries, blackberries and freshly made granola, caesar salad, in-house made rolls and pastries. I have previously been there for lunch where my favorite dish is the blackened salmon, charred to perfection on top, moist and tender underneath. Service is always attentive.

Had the pork and chilli stew for appetizer and it was phenomenal. Server brought us extra totillias without being asked and we used all to eat every last bit of the stew it was so good
Fried green tomatoes were also very good
Hubby had the pork belly and grits and said it was cooked perfectly
The beet and citrus salad rounded out a great meal. We were happy to find a more foodie style restaurant near where we are staying. Will return

The crispy chicken thighs with fried smashed potatoes and neck bone gravy...and I never eat gravy...was to die for! And my husband literally groaned after his first taste of the slow cooked beef shoulder. Great patio!
