I love almost everything about this resort!!! The welcoming grand lobby, the interesting villas & landscape, hidden gem pools throughout the property, immaculate clean rooms, and the approachable & helpful staff. Bedroom was spacious and clean. Water available at the front desk. Daily maid service which is impossible to find during COVID. We ordered the burger and egg rolls for dine in and both were delicious and delivered in 15mins. Pools are cleaned regularly, good music & crowd vibe and towels well stocked.
There was one staff member that does not fit in with the Hilton brand customer service. I waited at the pro shop in line for about 10mins to inquire about practice range and tee time after 5 men before me were greeted respectfully. When it was my turn at the counter the older Hilton staff member turned his back toward me and after about 30 sec he looked over his shoulder and asked “can I help you?” As if I was disturbing or inconveniencing him. After he answered my “irritating” question a younger team member softened the other’s response and repeated the answers with the professionalism you would expect from Hilton and welcomed any further questions. It all was such a bizarre interaction that it stood out as it is not something you’d normally get at this resort.More
