Stayed here for one night in transit from the Falklands to El Chalten in Argentina. The rooms are clean and reasonably well appointed although rather small. There was not much space between the end of the bed and the wall.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was reasonable.

Reasonable wi-Fi, clean room but quite basic facilities. Cheap room rate.

Very poor breakfast served by a quite surly member of staff.

Would book again

If you're travelling to Rio Gallegos take pesos, no where to change dollars

We arrived early and was allowed to checked-in to the room which was great after a 17 hours bus journey. Hotel staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. The hotel is near to restaurants and city centre. There's even a very nice ice cream shop less than 5 mins away.

Clean, tidy, comfortable, wifi, a decent, but somewhat limited breakfast, friendly staff and on site parking around the back of the hotel. My only gripe was the alarm that goes off every time somebody (or something) enters the car park. It is triggered by cars and people, but also, I suspect, by dogs, cats any other creature that ventures into the car park. It kept going off... all night! I had a long drive to Tierra del Fuego the following day, so I was not best pleased with continually being awoken by this alarm. In saying that, I am a very light sleeper.

I booked a room after reading the reviews in Trip Advisor and they were spot on.

I rented a single room and it was very clean and very comfortable. The TV was kinda small, but I wasn't there to watch TV anyway.

The hallways had a subtle smell of gas, probably leaking from the heaters and the Wi Fi didn't reach the rooms (you had to go to the lobby in order to have a proper Wi Fi connection.)

The location of the hotel is pretty central, but I wouldn't consider it a huge advantage, since there's not a lot to see in the city. It's about 6 blocks away from the main square (lots of unkept trees and families playing football) and 5 blocks away from the "costanera", which is really grey and ugly.

Overall, it's a great choice. Very, very comfortable.
