We were late with our reservation so we had to stay here. Not a bad location and the place also could be really nice. But some of the staff are (unfortunately quite common in argentina) pretty unfriendly. Particular at the reception most don’t even greet you ...
Whilst the rooms were cleaned as much as possible, the carpet is old and very stained.
Won’t be back!

Well located to El Calafate centre hotel was relaxed very clean and comfortable rooms. Staff were most helpful and we managed without Spanish. Breakfast was fresh and good range and dinner and wine prices very reasonable. Steak at P260 was superbly cooked as was very fresh pasta another evening. Certainly would recommend.

We stayed here as part of a group. Our room was a reasonable size, had a small dining table and a couple of chairs, and was clean. The room looked out onto the central garden, with glimpses of wetlands on the shore of Lake Argentina.

Breakfast was basic but adequate. Staff were friendly and helpful.

From reception to either floor of the hotel, there are short flights of steps, and no lifts, and there were also flights of steps in the corridors, so this is not for anyone with limited mobility.

The hotel is on the main street and a few minutes walk from the centre, so it is in a quieter location but easily accessible.

Stayed here as part of an organized tour when visiting El Calafate to see the Glaciers. Glad they put us here as it’s a really charming little hotel. Just outside the busy CBD, nice and close to the wetlands too. Old rustic fittings, beautiful garden areas. WiFi a bit slow but great service from staff.
