We stayed at the Petit Peninsula in October, before the start of the summer high season and absolutely loved it. First, the view of Nahuel Huapi lake is breathtaking. The lobby had a beautiful large window overlooking the lake and we spent many hours sitting there and just enjoying the view. We also had an excellent view of the lake from our room, and words can’t describe how amazing it is to wake up to the lakeside view and chirping of birds every morning. Second, the breakfast was fantastic. Apart from the spread of fruit, cereal, croissants and pastries and toast with spreads, they make a fresh egg dish made to order for breakfast (scrambled eggs with bacon and veg one day, a ham and cheese omelette another day) and we looked forward to breakfast every day. Third, the service is amazing. All the staff members were friendly and helped us plan our day (recommending hikes and restaurants), and even helping us rent a car that was delivered right to he hotel! The rooms are also great value for the price, especially considering that each has a lake view! It is about 30 minutes outside of town but the bus is accessible (or you can rent a car, which I recommend) and we thought the restaurant was also really good when we ate at the hotel one night. I highly recommend saying at the peninsula petit hotel!

Amazing place! Incredible! If you go to bariloche there's no better place to stay at! Pablo is an amazing guy that is always trying to help you. I stayed there for 4 nights with my wife celebrating our wedding anniversary and he surprised us with champagne and amazing alfajors. The breakfast is amazing! He makes it himself, amazing breakfast. Oh, and the view... Oh the view... We just couldn't get enough! We want to come back to bariloche more than once and I have no other place I'd rather stay at then his hotel. Best hotel! Best food! Gorgeous view! Amazing staff!

We stayed two nights, one at the beginning of our tour of the lakes district and one at the end. The hotel is a way out of town so its quiet and the views are splendid. The owner, who had just become a very proud Dad, was really lovely. He even changed some money for us at a very good rate. He explained that the hotel is family run and they take so much care of their guests they deserve to be number one on TA.

All the staff are wonderful. From the hot chocolate on arrival, room upgrade if they can to the high standards of cleanliness in the rooms. They can not be faulted. We have stayed in many five star hotels around the world and this little hotel is up there with the best.

The breakfast!!! How they manage to put on such an amazing choice considering the value of the rooms was beyond us. It is like a Tapas restaurant. The choice is fantastic with cheese, meats, little smoked salmon blini, quiches, breads, cakes ........ it just went on and on. And they offer you the most delicious hot specials as well. They are constantly replenishing so no one misses out. It was the best breakfast we have ever had!

On the way back from Chile, over the mountains, we got stuck in a sudden unseasonal snow storm. We were worried we would not make it back to Peninsula Petite for that breakfast the next day. Luckily we were dug out by snow ploughs and by the time we got to Bariloche the sun was out and the mountains covered in snow.

The hotel is wonderfully built with wood and big windows and is located next to the lake. Additionally the staff of the hotel is super-friendly and helpful, the rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast is just extraordinary. I can 100% recommend this place!
