Despite the sappy name, unPhogettable offers authentic Vietnamese fare in the aptly named Mekong Plaza shopping center. My pho had the richest broth of any I've experienced, and was full of perfectly done noodles and a generous amount of steak and flank. My wife's shrimp vermicelli bun bowl with shrimp was excellent. The fried wonton appetizer was very tasty, but a bit skimpy. Service was courteous and efficient, prices reasonable and the restaurant was very clean. It directly abuts a huge, very interesting Asian supermarket with huge packages of just about everything--like an Asian Costco.
