Beautiful hotel and good location near the waterfalls. Spacious rooms, good services, good breakfast and dinner, but the choice to build a luxury hotel in the Guaranì forest is really questionable and unethical ... it's really despicable: I'll be more careful next time.

Room Tip: rooms too large, very nice, but humid

Dear Silvia, thank you very much for your time and your score. I take this opportunity to tell you that we are located within the "Iryapu Reserve", a space where we combine respect for the environment and cultural diversity. The hotel applies environmental and sustainability standards. With the indigenous peoples we have a mutual respect, and it is our purpose to educate the community about the Guaraní Culture, its history and its values. We would love you to visit us in a future and be able to expand the horizon regarding this issue.

The Ivy Hotel is a great base for visiting the Iguazu Falls with comfortable rooms including great air conditioning and spacious showers. It is a short walk into town but it is hard to leave the relaxing atmosphere of the Ivy with its pretty pool surrounded by the jungle with noisy birds and occasional butterflies. For supper the steaks are highly recommended and also the pear poached in wine.

Located in the deep woods it is beautiful scence to be at. Be paitent and you will have the chance to observe many wild birds. The resturant is good for dinner and breafast is nice too. Pool is very nice but should be cleaned more often.

Beautiful resort with spacious rooms and good services (e.g. hairdryer, safebox) but not very centric (you need a taxi to reach the restaurants and bars of the small city). Stunning pool, good offer at breakfast but the personnel is a bit "missing" (although very kind); moreover, the rooms are quite humid and need heating in the winter season (June-September) but the feeling of "wet" does not wear off completely. Let's say a fascinating place but not really convenient in terms of position - consider it especially if you are in the right season and want to spend some time also enjoying the hotel itself (e.g pool) and not only use it as a basis to go to the Cataratas of Iguazu (that are so amazing that all the rest becomes immaterial...)

Booked as part of our tour it was just ok!
The reception is spartan and cold as is the dining area and space they call a bar!!
Minimal staff helpful and friendly enough but obviously overworked!
Breakfast is adequate albeit minimalist, and the rooms are large, dark, stark and tired! A green pool and bar side pool bar closed for winter add to the somewhat sad look and feel of the place!
C'mon guys lift your game!
