The hotel is well located in the jungle close to the town of Peurto Iguaza which has very good restaurants. But the hotel has little or no atmosphere, is like a empty shell, little or no staff or customers, and the restaurant food has little or no flavour. Plus the management have little or no customer management skills. Also don't forget to switch off the refrigerator in your room at night or you will get little sleep.

Our room was perfect for us, with a king size bed and spacious living quarters. The breakfast and dinner meals were excellent ans well as the service professional. Natalie and Claudio, from the concierge dept. were wonderful giving us plenty of local information to make the most of our stay.

Room Tip: quiet surroundings

Great Hotel! Service was excellent and rooms are very clean. The food and costumer service was great. All of the staff was helpful and went over the top to make this trip amazing. I highly recommend staying here. Especially if you want a five star experience.

Beautiful building. Lovely grounds. Jungle backdrop. Check in and check out efficient. Welcome drinks. Room with balcony overlooking jungle was excellent. Good size, spa bath, slips, gowns etc. so well provided for. Great pool and it looked like the spa and gym were also good but unfortunately we didn't have time to use them. Compared with some of the hotels we stayed in this trip not a lot of atmosphere, but well set out and very comfortable. The only down side was the food. Our deal included breakfast and dinner and it was pretty mediocre at best. No eggs cooked to order. Bacon in breakfast buffet was "off" - I actually spat it out. Dinner buffet part - salads - were excellent and desserts were excellent, but main courses let it down. Otherwise excellent hotel. Be aware that if you want to eat elsewhere you will need to catch a taxi. Pipe music was awfully loud - intrusive- but staff were vry helpful and turned it down when we asked.

Room Tip: Our room with balcony overlooking jungel at back of hotel was good. Could alo get balcony overlooking pool area.

Located about 10-15 taxi ride and cost about peso 300 return to and fro Hotel/ town centre .
Very quiet surrounding as it is hide from the main road.
All service staffs from front desk , housekeeping and restaurant does not speak much of English . They are all very friendly and trying very hard to please room guests .
Our room is large in size and comes with balcony facing very nice pool but lack some basic amenities like tea and coffee making facilities . There is no free bottle water ( charged 50 peso for 500 ml while we pick up Neatle drinking water at 37 peso for 2.25 litre ) . Tissue comes in 2 small pocket size and not in boxes .

The room comes with half board I.e. buffet breakfast and dinner both of which require much room for improvement . There is no gluten free option too .

The Roman bath , steam bath and sauna are and gymnasium are house in separate building next to the open air pool . They are very nice
