The bar cum pub/resto is on the Malabia/José Antonio Cabrera corner and has a nice outdoor bar and drinking courtyard, as well as indoor bar/restaurant. I sat at the outdor bar and, although a bit in the way for the waiters, was tolerated with good humour! The barmaid was very helpful with samples and so on and helped me settle on the Andes stout which was in remarkable form. I was expecting to move on but the beer was so good, I had a couple. Happy hour isn't publicised but my beer was charged at 50%. The great thing about Palermo is that happy hour seems to last between 18 and 20.30 or 21.00 in most places. Even with some clever use of public transport, a fair bit of walking is required, but Palermo is an interesting place to walk around. 5* for value is for happy hour, but prices are reasonable for the area.
