Description: While it's no secret that Argentine beef is worth flying around the world for, visitors to Buenos Aires don't always get the chance to experience an Argentine asado and it's many rituals and traditions. An asado is so much more than a piece of beef on a plate so skip the parrilla circuit and join us for a night of food, wine and sharing as we bring the best of Argentine traditions into an urban, closed door setting. Our 5 course dinner includes a picada (cheese and cold-cut platter), salad, "achuras" (grilled starters), a great steak and if you're able, some dessert. Additionally, each course is paired with a specifically selected Argentine boutique wine. But most importantly you will have a chance to learn what an asado is and feels like.

This closed-door restaurant needs to be booked in advance to guarantee a spot as they only seat about 20 people. The asado experience is a great way to experience a typical Argentine barbecue meal. Come hungry because you will eat many courses, each one tasting amazing!!

Don't be nervous when you walk up to an unmarked door, or when you ring the bell, or when you walk up the stairs to a stunning loft with bubbly and appetizers waiting for you.

The food was amazing, but the overall experience was incredible. A secretive, closed, dining experience. I was nervous, as I went alone, but talked to great people all night. Luis is a lot fun and an excellent grill master! He even invites you to help.

You get 5 courses, wine pairing (unlimited) with each, for $75US plus tip.

This is seriously not something to be missed. I left with a huge smile and barely able to walk from the amount of food. You will not regret this!

This was our first closed dining experience and we loved it! I must admit we were apprehensive about going at first, mostly because we didn't know what to expect. However, we were pleasantly surprised! :-) The friendliness of the staff, their professionalism and knowledge, the quality of the wine and pairings, and of course the steaks made it a great evening.

Icing on the cake: we dined with and got to know a wonderful and diverse group of folks that made the evening even more enjoyable.

Luis is on to something! If you're in Buenos Aires, I recommend you treat yourself and make a reservation a few days in advance.

We thought the evening was very reasonably priced. We enjoyed a pleasant 15 minute walk from the Malabia metro station off the B (red) line to get there.

This was a great asado experience. The steaks were cooked to perfection and had the most amazing flavor, the appetizers were top notch, and the wine was high quality and came with abundant refills. It is definitely more of a tourist place than a local place, but that made for a unique experience too as we ended up meeting travelers from all over the world. Luis himself is very friendly and enthusiastic and his staff is great. Highly recommend.

You have to make reservations ahead for this restaurant. Its very personal dining. It was 6 couples in total when we went. The meal was delicious and so we're the wine pairings. Luis himself is great. It was a good dining experience.
