If you like small and personal boutique hotels then this is fantastic. The staff were helpful answering questions prior to my arrival and then from the moment I arrived they were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was good (if you are departing early outside of the normal breakfast hours they will provide a simpler breakfast) and wifi reliable. It is easy to walk to the subway (reception provided me with the subte card) and all that Palermo has to offer- shops and restaurants- is only a short walk away. The hotel stored my luggage for 2 nights when we had a side trip to Mendoza and on my return it was waiting for me in my room. The only negative is the bath towels were rather thin and worn but this was a minor detail. I would definitely recommend the hotel to others.

Room Tip: I was at the back so no street noise

Perfect hotel for the final few days of our Argentinian 7 week trip. Staff were all genuinely helpful and lovely. Breakfast provided a wide choice and was delicious. Staff were more than happy for us to hang out in the lounge whilst we were sheltering from the rain and waiting for our late night flight departure. Fantastic location in Palmero close to great food choices for every budget. Best Wi-Fi of our whole trip. Would absolutely stay there again!

A great introduction to Argentina. Loved everything about this place. I was made to feel so welcome - one of the family - from the off. Brilliant service from ALL the staff. Very genuine hospitality. Good location close to shops and metro, safe to stroll around ( given usual traveller precautions ). They ordered taxi to airport at very reasonable rates - so no worries there. Helped me to navigate my way to the nearby rose garden, parks and planetarium. Home made cakes and yogurt were a morning delight with lashings of hot tea.
Definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Room Tip: Quiet room overlooking garden

It is difficult to find a hotel that brings customer service to the next level, but this one managed to do it. Beyond being very clean, nice, and in a great position, the staff went way beyond the call of duty to help you have the best experience ever. Examples? We had a misunderstanding about when to clean the room, and the time we told them was after the cleaning team had left: they called it back after hours to do the job. Bananas were finished during breakfast (of course included in the price)? The kitchen lady would go to the next shop to buy fresh ones. And so on. I could not believe it, they were spoiling us. The hotel in itself is in a strategic position: 5 blocks to the metro (D line) so you can go anywhere; close to the best places where to dance tango, and I was attending a conference at the science center, which was 6-7 blocks away. All of this in Palermo, where you have even too many choices of excellent restaurants and great gelato shops. The hotel in itself is very cute, carved form an oldish building with very good taste; we did not have time to try the spa services, but all the rest was top level. The staff was superb; beyond the kitchen lady (great cook, very nice lady), the desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly. In a nutshell, this is the place that every time we come back to Buenos Aires we will go to. No need to look elsewhere - strongly recommended to anyone.

Dear Enrico,
First of all thank you so much for taking a moment and give us such a nice review and score!
We are pleased to know you enjoyed your recent stay at our beautiful property. We want to thank you for giving us your comments about your stay and especially mentioning those attendants; sometimes, it is a job that is meant not to be seen but requires a little extra to help any guest that needs assistance. My team is proud to know they made a lasting impression on you. They are so glad to see that guests really appreciate their hard work. Remember this will always be your home in Buenos Aires, it was a pleasure to serve you.
Greeting from the whole staff.

What a great time our group had staying at this boutique hotel. The location was great but the staff was the absolute best thing about our stay. Everyone was so helpful, getting us taxis and translating for the drivers, recommending and making reservations at local restaurants and making sure we always had a beverage while enjoying our time around the lovely common pool area in the hotel. The full ( served) breakfast was fabulous and always brought to us with a smile.
If you are going to Buenos Aries you must stay at The Duque Hotel!!!
