A hotel that has something to offer everyone whatever the age...we were very pleased when we saw our room which was huge and a family of four (2 adults and 2 younger children) will fit very comfortably in one room!! The pools and kids club were great!! And the beach was amazing.such a long strip...two positive things that really stood out are the level of cleanliness and the high standard of food quality ( we previously stayed at the rixos Bodrum and the food quality pales in comparison)! However if I were to pinpoint one drawback it would definitely be the al a carte dining reservation system! It drove us crazy...I mean we were there for 8 days and we only managed to book twice ( reservation is made via phone through an automated system every night for the following night at 7 pm...we called every evening at 7 pm sharp but were disappointed many times) which isn't the multi ate experience that you really seek...overall we didn't let this frustrating issue damper the vast amount of fun that we had. It's a lovely property that will definitely please everyone!!

WOW!!!!!!!!!!!! This has to be the best hotel we have ever stayed in and we have done a lot of travelling. Our rooms were spacious and clean with an amazing view of the hotel complex and sea. The mini bar and fruit was restocked daily. Room service was handy to have on our first night as we were all hungry after a late arrival. The restaurant was massive with lots of choice for the family for all meals. The dome bar was great for lunch as it was close to the pools. There was an endless supply of ice cream which kept a certain member of our group happy!!! The pools were amazing, shows at night were good and the outdoor parties were fantastic!!! We went to Belek for the evening to look around the shops....a 5 minute drive from the hotel and the taxi for 6 only cost 4 euros.
All in all a great holiday was had by our family....the only down side was having to return home!! We would definately return to this amazing hotel, but for now we have to continue on our travels in search of a better hotel than The Cornelia Diamond Golf Resort and Spa!!!!

Just back from the Cornelia Diamond. We had a great stay at the hotel, which certainly met our expectations. The hotel looks as good as it does on the website. Our room was exceedingly clean and had a great view of the sea. The food in all of the restaurants was very good and we had no issues in booking the A la Carte restaurants. Just make sure that you start ringing at 6.57pm to ensure that you get in. There was always space around the pool and well positioned sunbeds could be found up until around 11am. A couple of minor issues though, which have brought our rating from a five down to a four:

- Although always replinished the minibar, in the room is very limited
- A few times the hotel staff literally walked into our room, without being invited, to provide the daily fresh fruit. Always double lock the door if you want a lie-in.
- The Entertainment team can be overbearing in getting you to join in (in fairness though, they did put on some great events in the evening)
- Service at the golf club was non-existent and it was clearly a hassle for the staff to assist
- Overkeen waiting staff can take your plates away when you have not even finished eating
- Poor response from the hotel when we asked for a late check-out from our room

We would certainly return again and would have no hesitation in recommending the Cornelia Diamond to our friends.

Just returned from an 10 night holiday in the Cornelia Diamond (our second visit) and this place really deserves its 5 stars. Arrived on schedule to be met with a glass of champaign and efficient check in - although we were the only 4 people checking in at that time so not really difficult! The reception area is huge, and lead down to one of the bar areas. It feels contemporary with modern furniture and a red grand piano, although this looks small with the size of the area overall. There are two further bars off this area all offering good drink brands within the AI package. The rooms are large, very well equipped and comfortable, although the pillows were not to my taste - but this is an area where I am particularly difficult to please! The rooms (as with the hotel in general) are kept spotlessly clean and the air con worked very well, much needed given the very warm weather. There are many food options available with the main buffet offering a very wide choice. This is a large restaurant and can feel busy, with the occasional rush for tables, particularly at breakfast. The Dome Bar is in the pool area and the perfect place for lunch. You can choose from a menu and/or take food from the buffet available, which is mainly salad and additional meat / fish / pasta options. There is a wide selection of additional restaurants which require booking through the telephone system. This system is now much improved although it does seem more difficult than it should be - just go to guest reception and book would be much better. 2 years ago it was impossible to book, the system was either engaged or the restaurants booked up. This time much better - although there is system you need to follow. The booking system officially opens at 19.00 - but start calling from 18.56 and you can virtually guarantee getting into your chosen restaurant. This only failed on one occasion but this does mean you have to be in your room at 18.56 to make the booking. The restaurants are all excellent, good service, great food and wide choice. One problem we did have was a booking at the 'Barbecue' restaurant. Given one of our party is vegetarian I checked to ensure fish was available, and informed yes. However, this turned out not to be the case, and we had to make a later trip to the buffet. The pools are fantastic - huge and very clean (how do they keep such vast areas of water totally debris free - not a leaf in site!). The staff were very friendly and efficient - sometimes too efficient taking plates, glasses etc. before you finished eating. On the down side the evening entertainment was not to our taste, very dance oriented and frankly repetitive - but the Moscow Kids Circus was excellent! The mix of guests had changed from our previous visit with more Brits and fewer Russians - although there was still a large Russian presence. Yes, they are 'rude' in as much as a queue is something very new to them, and pushing in is a national pastime, but it wasn't really a problem. We were a party of 4 (2 couples) friends and we all enjoyed ourselves very much. The Diamond isn't cheap, but well worth the money. We will return in the future!
