Lovely cafe and our favourite place for lunch in Knysna. Not sure why it isn't more highly rated on TA. This time we had a Greek salad followed by a pizza bianca. All nice fresh healthy food.

We loved, loved loved this place. What a great spot for breakfast, tea, coffee, lunch. The bakery is excellent. Do try the Portuguese milk tarts - it is so good. Very popular especially during peak season.

This is the place everybody pointed us to and they are right! We instantly became repeating customers and a lot of people seem to think like this. We spoke to the host who had a hard time to place people because some rain limited the sitting possibilities. Many people come here daily, some more than once.
That said: the audience is often well-off retired or early retired people, which are picky customers.

Thank you for your unusual and insightful review. Yes, we like picky (not mean) customers, they keep us going and improving year after year. We prefer personal interaction and like to hear from our guests what is on their minds. We hope to be of genuine service and quality to all of our guest, daily or once once-off, resident or traveling hightech-nomade! See you soon?

We came back here couple times during our stay in Knysna, Just to try the rest of the menu. Great food , fast service and nice vibe too! Please DO try their French toast (out of this world). They have their own bakery too.
