For a casual dining experience, with its amazing selection, and symbiotic stores, the market is hard to beat.

Special mention has to given to Sushi to Go. Could this be the best sushi in the country? It's one of the places I have to stop at every time I'm in Cape Town!

Searching for a fun place to have lunch or dinner in Cape Town? Look no further! I'd recommend the Hungarian Flatbread w/ Mecca Chicken at Stack That and the Basil & Avocado Wrap at Vagabond. But there are numerous more options for anyone on a tight budget who's looking for good food and drinks (e.g. sushi, Mexican food, African food, Danish and much more).

We stayed at the V and A water front a must visit. The market is fast food not to be confused with all the usual unhealthy outfit around the world though. Food prepared and cooked as you wait vast choices so look at both floors before you decide. You can also mix and match from vendors and eat at any table n a relaxed atmosphere As mentioned try the crab but be warned you will get messy.

Lovely place to wander around and some great shops and eating houses, really worth going to have a look around. The oyster stall is fantastic with a glass of bubbles. We loved it here.

Such a fun place to come for a quick meal. There isnt a ton of seating so its more grab and go food options for lunch or afternoon snack. Be sure to check the hours because they close early in the winter months. Must check this place out if your a foodie!
