Took a road trip during the easter weekend and decided to stay the night in Hazeyview. Managed to get the last room available at Numbi, for the steep price of 1500 per night, breakfast included.
Turning of the road into the property, It looked “incomplete”. Little did we know that the area was new Chalets that was being constructed and there was beautiful green paradise awaiting us.
The staff here were polite, well-mannered and very helpful, with a great command of English.
The room came with standard amenities, a flat screen tv, hair dryer, bath tub with a shower adjustment.
We had a private chair and table outside our room with a little yard.
The aircon was rather noisy and there were lots of ants in the bathroom.
We opted to have buffet dinner at the hotel. The buffet was worth the 200 Rand. There was a wide variety to choose from and the quality of the food was good. The mushroom soup was divine. There was also an array of desserts.
The breakfast buffet was just as good.
The cocktails however was a major let down. That strawberry daiquiri was horrid. It tasted like coolaid. And the bar is quite limited for choice
