Description: Upmarket venue for that special dinner, tasteful decor with well trained waitrons. Suggest that reservation is made as I have been there on week nights and always well supported.

Popped in for a quick lunch with wife....we opted for 2 course special running...glass of GOOD RED...jalapeno chicken liver starter...pork belly with mash and peas...and huge piece of crackling..was the cheapest meal of our holiday and without doubt the best meal..we had been dropping huge bucks on seafood platters during our trip and this little meal stole the show...a classy establishment with good food....we will be back!

Great restaurant. Has more of the feel of a steakhouse than what goes for a Cuban restaurant in the states, so don’t be deceived by the name. While the wine selection, main course and dessert were solid, the pear salad with large halved candied pecans stole the show. Everything tasted so fresh, and I really don’t like salad that much. Highly recommend.

The restaurant is quite crowded, so best to make a reservation upfront. The steak is very good. I would recommend the grass vs grain fed steak.

We had the lunch time special which offers a 2 or 3 course meal and a drink. The menu needs to change as the food is pretty average. The food is better ordered from the main menu which has decreased its options substantially - pity.

Service was prompt and friendly waitrons. very busy, somewhat crowded for fine dining venue. Was disappointed with the food itself, it looked good on the plate but the veg pasta was dry save for a bit of tomatoe and quite bland, the Dorado was good and the so too was the mozambican baby chicken. The prawn and chicken curry had a very confusing taste, couldnt really get the cocunut or ground nuts and not well presented besides I found a strand of hair in the curry which i brought to their attention and they promptly apologised and offered a replacement meal of grilled chicken.
