Good quality seafood cooked perfectly. Juicy firm fish, big prawns and tender calamari. Service a pleasure. Myself and my son had a great evening. Save near parking with NO car guards to hassle you. Claude & Wilfred

Went out for lunch here recently with some family for overseas. It was a great experience.

staff were friendly and efficient with the order, they even offered to run an errand for my wife.

The food was very good and well presented our guest had sushi and we had a platter. Both came with good portions and piping hot. Washed down with a good Sav. this was a great lunch.

The added advantage is the view over the golf course and the occasional buck wandering past, which really does it for overseas visitors.

We went to CTFM Parkview on a Thursday for the Sushi. This used to be a good restaurant and we frequently went there. After finding out that CTFM in Silver Lakes closed down, we decided to give them a go again.
It was not the pleasant experience we remember.
The sushi was bland and below average. The buffet was empty most of the time and it was clear to all that the sushi chefs (I use the term loosely) were not interested in applying any more speed than necessary. The selection on the buffet was extremely poor.
I ordered the salmon roses as an optional extra and got scales on the fish - something I find unacceptable.

Very poor experience and food was very poor.
I do not recommend going to this restaurant at all.

We visited CTFM on a public holiday, being such the restaurant had approximately 5 occupied tables. We had incredibly slow service, the food took ages (the Hout Bay Platter) and when it eventually arrived it was luke warm at best, with cold serving plats to add to insult. Our muscles then arrived 10 minutes into the meal, which were both burnt and over cooked. You get a some total of 5 onion rings and about 3 pieces of calamari each. We were incredibly disappointed to say the least. We will not be back to any CTFM again.

Never have we ever been to a restaurant where we are told they have run out of chips! The food was flavourless, the bowl the rice came in was cracked and glued, the sushi was very bland and unappealing... dreadful experience - needless to say we shall not be dining there again.
