I am a customer service snob. I have high expectations, both as a customer and as a business owner. I love exceeding my clients expectations, but as you know, not all businesses have that same goal.
My wife and I haven't been to Jerome in 25-30 years, and wanted to spend one night there on our way through Sedona and to Flagstaff. I chose this hotel based on reviews, the location, and pics on their website (but we've been fooled by nice pics before). This hotel was the highlight of our trip, we both wouldn't stop talking about it. We love staying in historic hotels, but this was the most comfortable, yet still retained the historic feel.
I often say the little things you do make a big impact. The water in the fridge, the popcorn, the mints. Well done. A clean, quiet room, friendly service at the desk and a little gift shop that rivaled some of the shops on town.More
