This is an older motel. It is a bit larger than a standard budget motel room and very well supplied, having coffee, a microwave, and surprisingly a full size refrigerator. The room was quite dark because both main overhead light and one of the bedside lamps did not work. We were also a little disappointed that the ice machine was in proprietor's apartment and we could get ice by request only and they weren't very generous. The shower was very small making it difficult to bend over and reach your feet, which was a small inconvenience. But the main reason for the one star downgrade was that there was no venting fan in the bathroom area. After taking a shower the room was so humid that it was impossible to dry yourself. All in all an OK room except for the shower.

When in the Sedona area I always make the Little Daisy my base. It's close to Sedona, Jerome and everything I like to do in Cottonwood. Been coming to Little Daisy for years and have stayed in every room, but Room No.16 is my favorite. The Little Daisy isn't a fancy place, but for cleanliness, comfort and service it's the best. All of the rooms have been remodeled and all the rooms are great. I like Room No. 16 because it's a big room and like sitting on the little patio area in the evening. The room just has a nice vibe and is to me the most comfortable room.

We stayed here for 4 nights in May, it was too far out of downtown to walk. It was quite windy most of our stay and there were no carpets so the floor could have done with a mop through and we found the fridge was a bit noisy, but everything else was OK and did get a good nights sleep despite the said noisy fridge. Friendly and helpful owners and staff. Good vale for the area

The owners were very helpful, especially because our room had several things wrong with it that needed attention. Some details were poorly executed, such as the wiring. A kid on a bike knocked loudly on our door at 10:00 p.m., scaring the hell out of us, then apologized for having the wrong room. This was a disturbing occurrence, although it probably had nothing to do with the owners, other than the fact that some of the other clientele looked rather undesirable. I suppose this is to be expected at their very reasonable price point. Would we stay there again? Perhaps. After all, the price is right.

Room Tip: I imagine the rooms attached to the office would be quieter and less likely to experience encounters with locals in the middle of the night.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. We will definitely be returning for another stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was large and clean. Liked the fact that the floors had tile and not carpet. It had the basics, which is all you need (bed, tv, mini fridge, bathroom). Very convenient to the activities we wanted to do. Had free coffee and cocoa to drink in the morning. No breakfast, but we had our own goodies. The rates were reasonable. A down to earth little place!
