All people there are more than friendly ,, just one family , thanks to all the crew specially yasmine sabry

We arrived on 8th jan 2018. Half hour Thomas Cook transfer from Marsa Alam airport. 2nd to be dropped off. Quick professional check in. Beautiful hotel and lobby. We were given an envelope with all the important information and map of the hotel. Massive hotel premise. Worth keeping the map with you. Suitcases delivered to the room. We were in block 16. Nice sea view room. The room was very spacious. Fantastic Nubian decor. Fantastic house keeping. The guy who does house keeping at block 16 is so creative when doing up the rooms. What’s All inclusive food was lovely. BBQs available on most days just outside the Marsa restaurant (main restaurant). Great selection. Something for everyone. Tea coffee selection always available. Ibrahim Gamal and Ahmed Karim looked after us for the duration of our stay in the Main restaurant. Best customer service from both. Polite, professional, attentive. Really down to earth people. Snacks are available throughout the day in between the main meals, in different parts of the hotel.

Pools were clean and beautifully designed. 2 of the 4 were heated pools. Great pool staff. Really helpful and entertaining. You are given towel cards at check in.

Beach was second to none. One of my fave beaches so far. Very clean. Snorkelling was great fun. There are quite a few shops and excursion places on the beach. Please haggle. It’s fun. Free tea / coffee if u purchase from the shop keepers. Diving and snorkelling equipment can be hired from the diving centre. Very handy. €4 for renting out a snorkelling mask. For the day. You don’t have to pay entry fee to use the beach. The beach is a small walk from the hotel. There is a small tram that takes you from the hotel to the beach and back. Every 15 minutes.

There is a shisha cafe adjacent to the hotel entrance. It has a projector and screen and surround sound system. Nice ambience in the typical Egyptian tent set-up. Hamada looks after the place. Cool guy.
There are doctors and pharmacists on the premises. There’s a marked out running track at the hotel for the runners. Transfers to Port Ghalib can be found to the left in the lobby. €8 per person. In coach. Or €35 return in a taxi. Other excursions like glass bottom boat etc can be done in the same area of the lobby. There are shops to the right of the lobby. Shops lead to the ATM machine. The preferred 2 currencies for purchasing seem to be American Dollars and more so the Euro. They not keen on English Pounds.

All in all, a truly unforgettable stay. Hilton, keep up the good work.

We spent a week at Hilton Marsa, the hotel is cleaned to a high standard, our room was kept very nice with fresh towels and bottled water daily. Staff are friendly and if you need any more water just ask, there is no extra charge.Im a vegetarian and there was plenty of choice for me.Abu Dabbab beach is a short walk from the hotel or a daily shuttle service which is free of charge. Snorkelling along the coral reef on Abu Dabbab beach was amazing, clear water and lots of colourful fish and easy access direct from the beautiful clean beach.A great holiday and I would definitely go to this wonderful hotel and location again.

My daughter and I have just returned from a great week at this hotel, which was only 30 mins from the airport. Sun and blue skies, what more could you want at this time of the year? The hotel staff were attentive. There was a wide selection of food, which was good and of drinks, although wine was only available in restaurants at meal times and not in the other 5 bars. Otherwise beer and cocktails. The hotel rooms were spacious and clean. We had a couple of lovely massages, which you could choose to have in the Spa, around the pool or on the beach. Eating at lunch time could be beside the largest pool , at the beach or in the main restaurant. There were 4 pools with lots of loungers and beautiful gardens. Day time activities were good. Evening entertainment was OK and mainly provided by the enthusiastic entertainment team, there was however a very good Asian show provided by professional entertainers. There was a regular little train from the hotel to the beach but it didn’t take long to walk, less than 8 mins. Wheelchair and child friendly, with a kids club. The snorkeling was amazing, either directly from the beach or from a boat (one of the trips provided by the Diving centre linked to the hotel). We would definitely come back to this hotel.

The Hilton Nubian hotel is a little paradise to relax in. The service at this hotel is very high - it starts at the front desk on arrival with incredibly friendly staff to look out for.
The service staff at the restaurant is always eager to fulfill any request the guest may make and is under an excellent management from the Mr. Abdelhameed Restaurant Manager.
Also to mention is the chef Galal incredible that he still has time to check on the buffets. Even special requests can be expressed with him.
Also, I would like to mention the two ladies who have the task to accompany the guests to the table they do it very lovingly they have a table and should this table not like you can choose another and they always have a smile on their face.
The heart and soul in the beautiful Hilton Hotel is the Night Manager Mahmoud Elkot he takes care of all the guests equally helpful and accommodating and which is extremely great he has founded a group in Facebook called MARSA ALAM Lovers in the group you can do it all learn about the hotel and the beautiful bay Abu Dabab.
Also I would like to mention the manager Mr. Lofty who has his hotel perfectly behind the scenes under control and is present daily for the guests! ! ! ! Worth mentioning is also the room service the excellent good work everything is super clean and well maintained.
The whole area of ​​the hotel is cherished with a lovable way and the gardeners always have a smile on their face it is really fun to watch them.Since the area is very spacious you can stroll through them beautiful and you will always discover new things that invite you to take pictures.
I want to say THANK YOU for a wonderful stay at the Hilton Hotel and look forward to the next vacation❤
