My Fifth visit to Wadi Lahmy Azur A wonderful resort and excellent experience.
the resort suits people who look for relax and quiet more than families with kids due to the absence of night activities or animation.
Hotel staffs are nice and friendly the room is cozy and clean. the price is very reasonable compared to others. great value with the accommodation.
The hotel restaurant is on the beach.
Snorkeling at the house reef is great. Well maintained coral, much small fish and sometimes if you are lucky also bigger ones ;)

Azur Hotel.. Wadi Lahmy Marsa Allam
2 out of 10..
- House keeping.... Broken tub leaks all over the bath room.. Blocked sewage (بلاعة مسدود) water get out the door step every shower time. the problem was never solved during the 3 nights stay.
- Room is convenient in size but too small for triple
No electricity plugs beside bed.
Old and small Television. Old Mirrors with black spots all over it.

- Food below average. Most of the time empty buffet tables and so slow refill.

- Beach area is so poor, old and some wrecked seats and kids games. No activities or games or availability of balls. Just old volley net and football net.

- pool was not as clean as i should be.. Some leaves and insects floating and at the bottom
- No Security men during night.. Maybe one or two also no security cameras.

Just spent 4 nights with my family and friends. My kids, boys 15 and 10, had an amazing time. Very safe environment with loads of helpful and friendly staff to make sure they had all they needed. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The food was tasty and the variety large. The coral reefs off the beach were fun to visit and ideal for beginners and children. Diving center well equipped, friendly and well organized. Overall super experience which I would repeat in a heartbeat.

Spent 3 days at Azur Resort in Wadi Lahmy with friends. We all wished we had booked for a longer stay.

The resort itself is listed (and priced) as 3 star but we felt the property deserved a 4 star rating while the service was 5 stars.

Amazing crystal clear waters with a pier right in the heart of their beach that takes you out to two spots - 1 within the protected area of their coral enclosure - or further out to the deeper blue. Both made for excellent snorkelling and the deeper choice also makes for good scuba diving.

The rooms were very comfortable, the food at the restaurant was truly tasty and the staff always on hand to assist with anything. We asked for a grilled fish lunch on the second day instead of the usual buffet option and they were only too happy to oblige.

Don’t miss a walk to the mangroves to the right of the hotel. It’s about a 20 minute leisurely walk to get to the end and very worthwhile. Also, bring along a volley ball as they have a sand court - a great way to meet other guests.

If there are downsides it’s the distance to get there (a direct flight to Marsa Alam airport followed by an hour and half bus ride is best) and the pebbles on parts of the beach. But being far away is also part of its charm and a sturdy pair of flip flops or booties take care of the stones.

A wonderful resort and excellent experience at very attractive prices.

We had an amazing two weeks vacation at Wadi Lahmy!
This Resort has the best coral reef of the Marsa Alam coast; in front of the pier there are two natural swimming pools with cristalline water and then a stunning coral reef, a living aquarium! We could see many fishes, a family of turtles and dolphins! Just amazing!!

The rooms are spacious and super clean, the restaurant offers a wide variety buffet with fresh food and the soft inclusive is very good for a complete and relaxing vacation!

The staff is probably the best part of the hotel: everyone is very friendly, helpful and dedicated; we made lots of friends we miss every day; in particular Francesco Fikry who arranged trips and excursions all around, made us living the desert!

Furthermore the facilities are surrounded by beautiful gardens it was like living in a botanical garden. The Bedouin Tend with a real Bedouin Isa is another unique feature of this Resort! Just the best!!! We will come back soon!!

The truly gentle Egyptian hospitality, the helpful staff and careful management made our vacation excellent! Not the mention the location is just the best on the coast! A paradise!

Room Tip: Request a room without interconnection door.
