Third time in the peaceful valley this time at the fantastic Dyffryn Tawel. The quality of the place is amazing- so tranquil but teeming with wildlife and the accommodation is five star too. Jonathon looks to make sure everything is perfect for a most relaxing time and is a great host. The location next to the river in the heart of ancient woodland great bbq and the great weather meant that we only ate out once in the week and came back fully refreshed and relaxed. We will be back- again!

“Another memorable stay in this magical place”

Enjoyed another memorable April/May stay in this magical and special place. Wildlife watching is superb at this time of year. There are many varied walks and activities suitable for all ages and abilities both in the area and further afield. One of our favourite places to visit is the Llanerchaeron estate near Aberaeron (National Trust). Eating out is also generally good and a particular favourite is The Sloop at Porthgain near St. David's.
Jonathan and his team always try to go the extra mile to ensure everyone enjoys their holiday. We certainly enjoyed our time again at Dyffryn Tawel and are so glad we discovered 'Experience Mor'.

“Wonderful time had by all”

Jonathan has created a wonderful tranquil retreat in an idyllic location.
The cottage is extremely well equipped and very warm and cozy especially when the log burner is roaring away and toasted marshmallow were on the menu !!
The gas barbecue came in very useful and the SKY TV / sports access and DVD kept all amused till bedtime.
Parking was easy and close to the cottage so transferring luggage etc was not an issue.
The river has a very relaxing effect and we spent many hours just sipping wine on the deck watching the wildlife.
The cottage has an extensive collection of lovely limited edition wildlife prints and original artwork which gives real character and country feel.
With easy access to dog walks it was a pleasure to go exploring with our German Shepherd Chloe who loved paddling in the river and the nearby dog friendly beaches were also great fun.
There are many dog friendly eateries in Newport with lovely locally sourced fayre and also some superb shops including a deli, butcher and bakery.
The local Spar supermarket meant that essentials could easily be picked up without travelling into Fishguard.
Jonathan was an excellent host who made us feel really welcome and was on hand if needed and gave us plenty of tips on places to visit.
Experience Mor own several other stunning properties in Wales so we will definitely be booking with Jonathan again in the near future.
Thanks for the Champage !!

“Idyllic setting ”

We consisted of 6 adults and 2 babies and had a lovely week here. The location is remote and idyllic, with the river running through the garden and surrounded by beautiful fauna. A footpath nearby makes for great walks straight from your front door. We were lucky with the weather for April which made it even more enjoyable. The house is well equipped with everything you will need for your stay. The owners were only too happy to help make our stay as comfortable as possible. I would highly recommend this location.

This was our third stay with Experience Mor, 6 adults 1 baby and 2 Dogs. The cottage easily accommodated us all with room to spare. Jonathan really knows how to make a business truly personable to every guest. The property is 5 star in every offering from the moment you open the front door until the time you leave, every part of the experience will have you relaxed and wanting to return. Whether your a basic cook or Michelin star the kitchen has everything you will need during your stay. The property itself sits in a peaceful little valley and although there are two other equally beautiful cottages on the Site the way the grounds are laid out you would think you were alone. The dogs think they are in paradise with front and rear access to the property and the River Nevern with all its wildlife running 30 mtrs from the property. The location is close enough if you need anything from the shops in the town but far enough to be an escape from it all. You could search and search the web to find a paradise like Experience Mor, others places probably exist but they won't have a host like Jonathan. Try it for yourself you won't be disappointed. Thanks for a wonderful break Jonathan see you next year.
