Sat outside in the sun looking at the beach. Table service was slow- waited 20 minutes for menus. Ordered drinks, hot chips and calamari. Calamari was delicious. Chips looked amazing but tasted like they had been cooked earlier and warmed up - pretty disappointing.

We went here for a mid-week early evening family meal for five. Having booked ahead to make sure that we would have a table, when we arrived there was a bit of a flurry to find us somewhere to sit, clearly they don't operate a booking system.

Having been asked if we wanted drinks we ordered drinks and waited nearly ten minutes for them to arrive, it was then that we were told that there was a thirty to forty minute wait for food. A bit of a surprise in a bar that was perhaps only a third full. We went ahead and ordered some food.

For vegetarians, there is quite a wide selection and in general, the food offering is good with a wide range of different food tastes catered for. Their facebook page has a link to the menu.

Between us, we ordered the three vegetarian pizza options, the vegetarian burger and my sister-in-law had fish and chips. Our table person was right there was indeed a fairly long wait. So long was the wait that more drinks were needed. I have since acquired a taste for Panhead beer, jolly good and I entertained myself and I hope everyone else exploring the fun to be had with the app that lets you select music for the 'Jukebox' system. For me not enough from the 60's and definitely not enough punk era! Jolly japes though.

The food when it did arrive was very good, well made, well presented, well proportioned (massive pizzas - we really could have shared one between two) and tasty, and everything seemed as if it had been freshly made to order. So well done and thank you.

Overal it was a good experience and a nice night out, I wonder though how long the wait might be if it is really busy or did we just hit a night with not enough staff on either front-of-house or in the kitchen.

Highly recommended and we will be going there again. Thank you.

Dropped in without a booking (7 people) on busy Friday night - and staff were wonderfully helpful to find us a table. Waitress was extremely pleasant and patient as kids tried to decide what to eat. We were pleased with all our dishes (pizza, burgers, fish n chips, fajitas etc) except the seafood platter. (Hubby ordered prawns etc and his plate looked like an entree serving compared to the rest of us!) It was quite noisy (hard to have decent conversation - and apparently there was live music coming later that night, wow) but great atmosphere on a chilly evening. Disappointed with desserts - choice of ONE (tasty but expensive cheesecake).

This restaurant was bustling with people and the menu looked good. There were multiple people serving and we were not sure who we should order with. The place was really noisy and it was hard to hear. The blackboard special had run out by 6.30pm, so we ordered a pizza and fajitas. The pizza was sweet and sour prawns and sounded interesting. When it arrived we saw there was only one prawn on each slice, in fact two slices had no prawns at all. There was so much cheese that was all we could taste. When we paid they asked how the meal was and I told them the pizza wasn’t great. Their reply was tell them next time to put a prawn on each slice! Not quite what I expected, they seemed to think it was a joke. We won’t be going back.
