Just spent the last two weeks here and couldn't of stayed at a better place in Dalyan. It's a small hotel set in large beautiful grounds and gardens with three lovely pools. Around the pools was generally very peaceful and no fighting for sunbeds. The food and drinks at the pool bar was very nice and great service. Loved the varied traditional breakfast all fresh with pancakes and omelettes made to order. The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable, serviced everyday with clean towels.
We wanted a small quiet hotel on a b&b basis so we could eat out and try all the fantastic restaurants in Dalyan, this place is absolutely perfect for that. It's a nice walk into town on an evening about 1km or they offer a free bus at 7pm into the town if you wish.
We will be back.

Very pleasant hotel, excellent staff , grounds of the hotel are beautiful and very pleasant and peaceful lying at any of the three pools.
Breakfast is very good , fresh fruit, yoghurt, fresh bread and cereals plus a selection of hot and cold meats & cheese.I have got to mention the fresh pancakes ,eggs ,omlettes etc all cooked fresh for you, thanks girls all first class.
We made a mistake in not booking the superior room with fridge and kettle but the basic room is nice as a basic room!! view was limited but was very clean and was cleaned every day.
The mini bus service into town at 7pm is a little bonus but the walk in is pleasant as well 10 - 15 minutes depending if you go via the riverside or go direct.
All in all a very plesant and peaceful stay.

Room tip: Try for a pool view,go for the superior room with fridge and kettle

Just return from a week at Holiday Calbis, 3rd time in Dalyan 1st at Cakbis. There is not much more to add to what other travellers have said, Lovely Hotel, nice 10 minute walk to the river, bars and restaurants. Room was spacious and clean, maid came in every day, air conditioning a must. 3 lovely pools to choose from surrounded by lovely gardens. Staff always polite and helpful with a smile. Plenty to eat for breakfast, different types of eggs made in front you and pancakes. When we return we would return to the hotel and would recommend it

Room tip: Would recommend a room facing the pool

This was our second visit to holiday Calbis, the last 4 years previous. On arrival at the airport we were greeted by the hotels mini bus driver who supplied us with cold water and a very quick transfer to the hotel. Checking in great. Lovely setting, enclosed with beautiful gardens and 3 pools. Breakfast is great and the pool bar serves very tasty lunches etc. rooms were good, we had a pool view. All of the staff were fantastic and could not do enough for us. overall a very safe, clean, well set out and established hotel that never gets overcrowded. Speaking to the other guests the majority were return visitors, that says it all.

Room tip: Poolside was nice

This year was my 4th time visiting Holiday Calbis and it is wonderful each time. Staff cannot do enough for you everyone is so lovely. Rooms are always clean along with the hotel grounds and lovely scenery. Cannot recommend this hotel enough. Bit of a long walk into town centre but not too far that you need to catch a cab. Great for couples and families fall more in love each time I visit!
