Giang was patient and attentive to our request. We initially had twin room booked by our tour agent and he managed to make special arrangements for double room adjacent to each other. The room was beatifully decorated for our parents birthday celebration. One of the toilet was not leveled and it will flood the whole toilet after shower. Room service was prompt to clean up for us.More

Got off the night bus and didn’t even have a booking in advance and they let us check into the room early. Room is very clean and has everything you need and wifi is super fast. Also breakfast is good
We stayed there on our trip to Sapa mid-Dec 2018 and really enjoyed it. The staff was very motivated, helpful and friendly. Great service at the restaurant too. The room was nice and tidy. We can totally recommend the Muong Thanh for your visit to Sapa.
Very clean beds and airconditioner great, showers hot water good value. Food breakfast very good. Went down to eat do not disturb sign on. Maid cleaned room anyway. Left wallet in room with lots of cash. Nothing taken (greatful) but man come on safes in room is a must !

Terrible for 3 star hotel. No telephone, no tivi cable. I and my family are on holidays, we have a trip to sapa and stay at Muong Thanh hotel. I recommend to any one who will go to Sapa, never ever stay at this hotel, will be a nightmare
