I love this hotel with beautiful view

I wanted to book for 2 nights, but It is fully booked, so I booked for a night only.
This is really beautiful view, love it so much.
The resort located in the central of Sapa so each for you to reach all destinations.
Breakfast is good and delicious too.
I will comeback Sapa again and stay this hotel

In Sapa, always I will stay here.

This is a hotel I like from the friendly reception - Ms. Hien. Clean, quiet, and the buffet breakfast isn't fancy, but good. An indoor pool where you can swimq even in cold weather. The water is also slightly warm. It is within 15 minutes walking distance from anywhere in the city. One thing I was disappointed with was the weather during my stay. It would have been better if it had been a sunny day.

Great Location and Services

The hotel is located in a great spot with excellent views of the surrounding hills and rice fields when the fog isn't hiding the view! But, I cannot hold the weather against the hotel. We happened to be there when not only this hotel, but apparently all of the hotels in Sapa were 100 percent full (the weekend after New Year). So, we were anticipating the hotel being overwhelmed and unable to cope. That was not correct at all. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Plus, the free ginger/lemongrass tea at reception was a huge bonus.

The hotel has underground, covered parking which is not all that common in Sapa and was very great for us since we drove ourselves. The room was large and comfortable with great amenities. The bathroom was modern and had great water pressure and hot water. The beds were comfortable and had nice, heavy bedding which really helps me sleep. The balcony offered great views of the surrounding countryside and are a real highlight.

The breakfast was really great with plenty of western and Vietnamese options. There were plenty of hot options too. We didn't eat any other meals in the hotel.

The gym was very good with modern equipment and the heated pool was a nice touch. The hot tub/jet tub was broken when we arrived which was annoying because that was a key draw of the hotel...and the staff hadn't told us it was broken even though we'd asked about it. Alas.

Room tip: face the mountains, not the city

Nice hotel with nice view and very good bed - highly recommended

We stayed three nights at this hotel and really like it: clean, good room with nice view, very good bed and bedding.

The two most important items for me in a hotel room are towels and bed/bedding, and both are really good at this hotel. View is very nice from the window, we could see the mountains and how clouds ascend and descend from our bed. The hotel is located at the lower end of a road, walking to the town center is about 10 minutes uphill, across many restaurants and shops along the way, so we enjoyed walking to and from the town center everyday. Breakfast is generous and served with a good variety of foods. The restaurant at the lobby also serves good dinners.

Our experience could have been better had the hotel invested a bit more into sound insulation for its doors, as sometimes when our neighbors were excited we could hear them clearly from the corridor.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at KK Sapa and would happily recommend it to everyone who wants to visit this picturesque town.

Room tip: Higher rooms have better view.

Nive escape in Sapa

Hotel is situated on one of the main roads of Sapa city. Very convenient location overall. The hotel itself has everything you need. What I want to admit is the perfect service and really helpfull staff. The room is very nice and specious too, very suatabke if you travel with kids as a whole family as you can get the really big family room with 2 separate bedrooms and a hall. Food in a restaurant is quite tasty. Breakfast is cinvenient and enough. What us more the ratio of price you pay and what you receive is very good!
