Amazing Hotel with Five Star Service

My partner booked this great hotel and spa as part of a quick week long trip to Vietnam for our Anniversary. My Boutique Hotel and Spa in Sapa was perfect from the moment you walked in the front door you feel at home. The owner Sue greets you and head reception manager Tue takes care of all of the details at check-in are the nicest people we have met on our travels around the world. They are kind and you know that you have discovered a real gem in Sapa. They even gave us a bottle of wine from Vietnam for our Anniversary.

The hotel is new and first class! The main floor is beautiful with huge windows and high ceilings. The restaurant is awesome with blue chairs that are a great contrast with the white walls and dark wooden tables. Breakfast is first class with great quality and selection. The juice is freshly made. They have a breakfast buffet and a menu to select made to order dishes. The Pho is the best. The rooms are high end with dark wood contrasted by white walls. Thick walls make the rooms totally sound proof. The bathroom is stunning with tub and separate shower. The windows are covered by wooden slat shades. The bed was a king bed and so comfortable. All high end furnishings. Wi-fi is strong and stable. The Spa will open on the roof soon.

The staff is very friendly and professional. This is a hotel you do not want to miss when you come to Sapa. Restaurants close by and just a 5 minute walk to the center of town. Thank you to Sue, Tue and the whole staff for making our stay the best. We will be telling our friends that this is the only place you should stay at when coming to Sapa.

Excellent Hospitality

We arrived Sa Pa at the bus station and the staff of the hotel is waiting for us. It took only 5-10 minutes to the hotel by car.

We really like the room that specially prepared for us (bed set up, welcoming drinks).

The staff is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back here for our next visit in Sa Pa.

Excellent

Lovely hospitality worth of a 5 star hotel. The stuff really made us feel at home and helped us in every possible way. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone travelling to this side of the world.thank you

Greater than imagination !

This was the first night that we came back to Sapa after a long time. We had only one night in this hotel, but they gave us the most beautiful things. A bus picked us up in Hanoi at midnight and then, we arrived to Sapa in very early morning. Normally, the check-in time is at 2 p.m, however, our room was available to check in at 4 a.m as the things we shared with the hotel when we booked our room. This was amazing! The hotel staffs were very friendly and gave us the helpful guides. Moreover, our hotel room was very clean and facilitate. The hotel's location to the center is not really far, about 10 to 15 minutes of walking. Nevertheless, the most wonderful things that i haven't never had in previous 4 stars or 5 stars hotels was some takeaway beverages and foods prepared by the hotel after checking out. This is only 4 stars boutique hotel, but it is a wonderful choice in terms of the cost and services. Highly recommend this hotel!

Best Hotel in Vietnam

Stayed here for 1 night and it just wasn't enough. The hotel is stunning, beautifully decorated for a real boutique experience. The bedrooms are the most comfortable I have seen here in Vietnam. So relaxing with excellent facilities and a lovely clean bathroom. The staff are amazing and really helpful. They go out of their way to welcome you with tea and properly look after you. I've stayed in many hotels and I have not had this kind of service anywhere. If you are going to Sapa, you should book a room here with no hesitation!
