The hotel was beautifully designed by famous Bill Bensley who made the design for famous Intercontinental Danang, JW Marriott Phu Quoc and The Legacy MGallery Yen Tu. We had very pleasant experiences at those properties. MGallery hotel de le Coupole Sapa is up to this level. The lobby, the spa, the indoor swimming pool, the bar, the restaurant and the guest room are so nice. The food was good. We had a delicious dinner. The cocktails made in bar were tasty. Staffs at both restaurant and bar were helpful and smiling. Duy supervisor and Tung assistant are knowledgeable and good.

It just a perfect time to stay there in this spring time, when you have beautiful weather and accomodation. We stepped into the hotel and was surprise with amazing interior design and professional staff. Them room is beautiful design ánd comfortable bed offered. We did have time to spend at the Lounge and the food was fantastic taste. Never skip the pool with warm water that make you never feeling better than that. Spa set up make me feef so relax amd warm welcome, Ms An the spa manager is super warm host, she help to show us arround the hotel ánd advise us huge heath consulting

I spent 2 days 1night at Hotel de la Coupole and had a wonderful stay. Mr. Huy was very attentive and helped me book our transport to the hotel from Ha Noi and back. He carefully choose the most comfortable seats for us and made the long ride go by in a blink. He also helped us with recommendations on what to do in SaPa. Breakfast was good, the staff was always happy to help us with everything. Mr. Nam from the lobby staff is a gem for capturing the essence of the hotel on photo. I came back with many pictures to remember. Since the weather wasn't very good when we arrived we were spoilt with the view from the 10th floor instead looking towards the mountain. Truly breathtaking.
