Rooms are really nice, although bedding wasn’t very clean. Nice bathroom. But rooms are extremely noisy. You hear like everyone all the time, kids screaming at 23:00, parents screaming even louder, hammering noises from two floors below, it’s awful, you can’t sleep at all. You can even hear someone tipping on his phone in the room next to you. It’s disgusting.

Breakfast is from 07:00-08:45. That’s the worst time we experienced in whole Vietnam. Went for breakfast at 08:00 and there was nothing left than rice with vegetables and noodles with vegetables, which is okay, but both of them were cold. There was also toast, but no topping at all.

Regarding that downsides the price is too high. I got some discounts and paid like 20$ a night, but I wouldn’t even consider paying anything more.

We stayed at mountain queen hotel through a tour of sapa, we only stayed one night but it was the nicest hotel we have stayed in Vietnam.

The staff are very nice, the hotel is very clean and comfortable, they have plenty of food for you to enjoy.

We stayed in a double room which had a lovely shower, nice TV to watch movies and the bed was very comfortable.

I would highly recommend this hotel for people staying in sapa.

The hotel is within walking distance from downtown, and the area is not surrounded by heavy traffic.
The staffs here are friendly, with excellent service. Even if you don't stay at the hotel, you could still have a quick shower here (by paying a small fee).
This is definitely a plus point :)
